30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Contact FitPocket through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your return. If your request is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving approval and the return address.

Return Shipping

• Customer remorse or change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Wrong item, damaged item, or fulfillment error: FitPocket covers return shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Fulfillment-Error Orders

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has another fulfillment error. Include the order details and, if available, photos that help us review the issue.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after FitPocket receives and inspects the returned item. Your financial institution may require additional time to display the refund.
