FitPocket currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $69.90 USD: $7.90 USD Standard Shipping.
- Orders of $69.90 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping.
Shipping eligibility is calculated at checkout. Discounts and other order adjustments may affect the subtotal used to determine the available shipping rate.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, customs, or other events outside FitPocket's reasonable control. A specific delivery date is not guaranteed.
Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled directly by third-party supply partners. FitPocket does not represent that orders ship from a United States warehouse. If an order is fulfilled in more than one package, packages may arrive separately.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking availability and update timing can vary by carrier.
Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Please review the shipping address before placing an order. If an address is incorrect or an order has a delivery issue, contact FitPocket through the Contact page as soon as possible and include the order number. The ability to change an address depends on whether fulfillment has started.
